How is the disassembly of the brushless reduction motor different?
In addition to handling the brushless geared motor with care and not being reckless, you also need to pay attention to the following points:
a. First remove the external wiring of the motor, at the same time pay attention to make a mark, then loosen the screws of the foot, and separate the motor from the transmission machine.
b. When removing the pulley and the coupling on the motor shaft, sometimes it is necessary to add some kerosene in the gap between the motor shafts of the pulley so that it can penetrate and lubricate in place, which is convenient for us to disassemble.
c. For some motors equipped with rolling bearings, we need to remove the bearing cover first, then loosen the fastening screws of the end cover, mark the joint between the end cover and the base shell, and then remove the screws for securing the end cover are screwed into the two special set screw holes on the motor end cover, and then the end cover is pushed out.
d. When removing a motor with a brush, the brush should be taken out from the brush holder first, and the position of the neutral wire of the brush should be marked when the DC motor is removed.
e. When we pull out the rotor, we must pay attention not to damage the stator coil. When the rotor is not very heavy, we can pull it out by hand. If it is heavy, we should use lifting equipment to lift it out. It can be done manually, otherwise, it is prone to accidents or damage. At this time, the two ends of the rotor shaft should be covered with lifting wire ropes to hang the rotor with lifting equipment, and then slowly take it out.
