Micromotors generally pursue positioning accuracy and torque output, with relatively low efficiency, generally large currents, high harmonic components, and current alternating frequencies that vary with rotational speed. The degree of heating of a miniature DC geared motor mainly depends on its internal insulation level. The internal insulation performance is damaged at high temperature (above 130 degrees). Therefore, as long as the inside does not exceed 130 degrees, the micro gear motor will not damage the ring, and the surface temperature will be lower than 90 degrees. Therefore, its surface temperature is normal at 70-80 degrees.
