ZHENGK adding another IPQC on Motor Rotor

As a beginning of 2018, ZHENGKE this year adds another IPQC on Motor Rotor (Here it specifies rotors of micro PDMC Motor).

QC Inspector mainly use a Digital Magnifer to zoom the micro rotor on LCD, to define whether there is any insluation painting off from wire strips, or if metal dust exists in amature parts.

Before that, we can only discover defective rotors after the whole motor is assembled, and it cause too much waste on man labor and materials, as well as leadtimes.

With this new IPQC solution added, ZHENGKE will be much more proactive on leadtime.
