Why does the miniature geared motor vibrate?
In the process of installation, operation, maintenance, and overhaul, the vibration of the miniature geared motor are often encountered. Once vibration occurs, it will cause damage to the parts of the miniature geared motor, damage to the operation fluctuation, shorten the service life and even cause downtime. So why does it vibrate?
There are two main reasons for the vibration of the miniature geared motor:
a. Electromagnetic force: The emergence of the electromagnetic force is mainly caused by the longitudinal oscillation of the magnetic flux under the pole piece. The increase of magnetic flux pulsation is very prone to variable magnetic tension.
b. Uneven Air Gap: The air gap is uneven during installation and removal, resulting in the unilateral magnetic pull of the miniature reduction motor during operation, and the vibration is not unexpected.
c. Damaged rotor coil: If the rotor coil is damaged, when the miniature reduction motor is running, the radial force of the rotor will be unbalanced and vibration will occur.
a.Armature imbalance: When the motor is rotating, the centrifugal force is generated due to poor balance. Under the action of the centrifugal force, the bearing generates rotational force, which causes the vibration of the miniature reduction motor. When the rigidity of the base and the end cover is not good, the air gap is uneven, and the main pole is fixed loosely, the vibration will be more serious.
b.Bearing radial play is too large: When assembling, the bearing used should be qualified. If the bearing is not properly matched with the bearing seat and the bearing neck, it will cause vibration during operation. In addition, the continuous wear of the bearing during long-term use will also cause It has a lot of vibration and noise during operation.
c.Deformation of the support: When the accessories such as the base and end cover are produced, the error is too large, or even deformed, which makes the bearing interference of the miniature reduction motor when it is running, which causes the motor to vibrate.
